The A/C stopped working during the Canada Day heatwave. Vahid came in for diagnostics right after we placed the call. He explained the problem and presented the options, all in a professional manner. He went the extra mile to procure the equipment and start the replacing process for our convenience and comfort; he explained the steps throughout and included details on the new thermostat, maintenance recommendations and warranty. He followed up post service to ensure our satisfaction. The work was done on very short notice and the service was efficient , friendly and respectful of the service space. I called up All Year heating and cooling because my air conditioner stopped working on the hottest day of the year. They came out right away and checked over the equipment and discovered that a mouse had gotten in to the fan outside and made a nest in there. He checked it all out and discovered that the mouse had eaten through the wires and it shorted out. He replaced the wires and got it to work again. Kudos for doing a great job and getting my air conditioning working again. I highly recommend this fast friendly service!

His attention to detail and thoroughness were incredibly reassuring, especially since he discovered a carbon monoxide leak and immediately made sure the gas was safely turned off. What really stood out was how much time he took to properly diagnose the problem instead of rushing through the visit.
